Stainless bollards Lemus - production, availability, low prices UAH

Stainless steel bollards and metal bollards keep pedestrians safe on sidewalks and in public areas.
What are the advantages of SNB series stainless steel bollards?
Stainless
bollards of the SNB series have a mounting pin for installation in the
road surface by concreting. The length and thickness of the mounting pin
allows the stainless bollard to withstand the necessary loads to
perform its functions on the road.

Concrete-reinforced stainless
steel bollard is available in several sizes, allowing you to choose the
best one for your needs on the territory. The stand and the mounting pin
allow you to stably fix the post so that it performs its restrictive
function for a long time.
- corrosion resistance
- modern aesthetics of paving bollards
- easy maintenance of stainless steel posts
- mounting pin (or several in the case of high stainless bollards) - an effective solution for installing anti-parking stainless bollards
- designed for installation by concreting and have a flange - suitable for asphalt of any quality, including the thinnest, for tiles and any coating, as they have an underground part of 25 cm, which is concreted under asphalt. The flange allows you to close the installation site near the pole, it is recommended to use on flat road sections that do not slope up, down or sideways.
Stainless steel bollards are
reliable, durable, visible, maintenance-free and reasonably priced,
making them a popular urban access control solution.
Stainless bollards with flange and without flange - what's the difference?
It
is recommended to install stainless steel posts with a flange only on
flat horizontal surfaces so that the posts stand not at an angle, but
vertically. Alfnet closes the installation site, and the posts look more
aesthetically pleasing.
Stainless steel bollards without a
flange can be installed on any surface - from smooth asphalt, tiles, to
asphalt of any quality and areas with a beveled road surface.
Indispensable on the streets that are sloping.
Concreting or anchoring?
Concreting
involves the deepening of a part of the column under the road surface,
the usual immersion depth is 25cm. This installation method allows you
to install road bollards on any surface, also of any quality.
Stainless
steel fence posts with a flange for installation on the pavement on the
anchor are installed only in places with hard, thick and high-quality
asphalt with a hard coating of at least 10 cm or in concrete. This type
of fence post does not have a concreted part and is attached to the
asphalt with 3-4 anchor bolts (depending on the model of the post). With
only 3-4 points of support, the bollard must withstand the stresses of
an accidental collision, which can only provide a very high quality road
surface. Due to the fact that the post has a flange at the bottom, it
is recommended to install it only on flat surfaces so that the posts do
not stand at an angle, but vertically.
Caring for stainless steel posts
To
maintain the corrosion resistance and appearance of stainless steel
poles of the SNB series, it is enough to use water and a soapy solution.
The column is washed with soap and water and wiped dry with a soft
cloth or napkin. In the presence of strong pollution soft brushes are
used. Damaged stainless posts may require replacement.
metal bollards
Standard
executions of metal stationary columns are gray or orange color. The
metal bollards are powder coated for chemical resistance and durability.
We produce removable metal posts in the same colors.
