The most common option for use on small racetracks to work out the entrance to the garage and dimensions, where there are no high speeds, is small cones with milestones of the DS7 model. An orange cone without stripes is enough to work. The reflector is present on the milestone.

- at the racetrack for beginners and advanced motorists for learning to drive, when it is necessary to work out the dimensions or set up a figure to practice maneuvers, whether it's a moose test or parking in a given space - like a marking cone for autodromes
- during automotive events for marking the site for testing cars
- on public roads for fencing the area of temporary road works
- on parking lots and underground parking lots for reservation of parking spaces, direction of movement of cars and marking spaces
- on construction sites as temporary fencing.
Why cones with milestones?
Because often the height of the traffic cones is not enough to be clearly visible from the car. The poles inserted into the cone help increase the field of view. So, at the autodrome during overall preparation or parking, this issue is especially relevant. The car cone must be visible to the driver so that he understands the edge and location of the visual wall. Flexible pole cones allow the vehicle to make contact with the pole cone while leaving the vehicle intact.
The milestone can be slightly raised from the car cone and not rest against the road surface, which allows you to increase the height of the fence almost to the height of the cone.

How to choose the right cone for the pole?
The choice of the height of the marking cone depends on individual preferences and how presentable the final equipped area should look: the higher the cone, the more presentable it looks. The most optimal option is a KDMK05 cone 520 mm high with one reflective and one white stripe - it is visible at night due to the reflective element, and at the same time it has an optimal height.
The most commonly used option on small sites for working out dimensions or entering a garage is 32cm cones with 1.2m milestones - DS7. It is suitable in places where there is no wind load and high vehicle speeds near the cone.
There are also marking cones with weights. Such cones with milestones are relevant at autodromes near coastal areas, as well as when used by road services on roads where it is not possible to constantly monitor that the cone with a milestone is standing vertically and it has not fallen from the wind load or no one has hooked it, this is more relevant .
High cones with milestones of DS9 models are used where the highest visibility of the marking cone is required at any time of the day or night and in any weather conditions. In total it has 4 reflective stripes. The pole can be pulled out of the cone higher and fixed in the cone.
