New parking rules: will Ukrainian drivers have a sweet time in 2018?

We have already written about the fact that anti-parking bollards and sidewalk barriers installed by the Lemus company on many streets of Kiev, Odessa, Kharkov, Lvov, Dnipro guard the peace of pedestrians. But in addition to sidewalk bollards, new parking rules will now actively fulfill this function.

     The new rules will take effect from the second half of the year and provide for a 20-fold fine for improper parking of a car. In the presented infographic, everything is written like clockwork, and about the fact that tow trucks will return (where there is no anti-parking column, and you all if you were able to park the car, you will be quickly displaced by a tow truck, clearing the place for pedestrians or vehicles), and about issuing a fine without the presence of the offender, and about its increase by 100% in case of non-payment within 30 days. Consciousness will grow, the sidewalk will continue to be a guarantee of compliance with traffic rules, and the streets of the city will become even more attractive, thanks to parking discipline.
