TOP 7 questions asked by InteBuildExpo 2019 visitors about our products
On March 19, 2019, a large-scale InterBuildExpo exhibition began, at which the Lemus company presented a detailed stand with product samples: polymer products (sidewalk bollards, park lights); reinforced rubber products (speed bumps, pads and corners on the walls of parking lots and logistics centers); plastic and rubber (flexible) road signal posts; Tensors, rope posts and FAAC bollards as effective means of access control.
So, talking all day with potential buyers, we thought it would be useful to group the questions we heard into groups and post the answers to them on our blog. You ask - we answer

(Pointing with interest at park lights with one or more antique lamps or looking at polymer posts that are completed with chains, fence sections or a ball lamp)
- Is it cast iron?
- No, no and NO. Both landscaping lights and sidewalk anti-parking bollards look like imposing cast-iron products, but in fact they have a “polymer casing put on a metal pipe” design. This makes the product many times cheaper, saves you money on transportation and installation, and the polymer is very durable and does not require maintenance.
- Speed bumps made of polymer composite and road bumps made of reinforced rubber: what is the fundamental difference?
- Polymer composite speed bumps are best installed on a perfectly flat surface, since the material is still not as flexible as rubber. At a cost, speed bumps made of reinforced rubber are more expensive.
- What types of road posts are there? How to understand the purpose, there are so many of them.
- Dividing road posts - as a rule, chrko-opande with reflective stripes are divided into plastic DS1, DS2 and flexible rubber dividers DS42 75cm high, DS43 1m high. Obviously, the flexible models DS42 and DS43 are optimal for places with heavy traffic, where the probability of hitting a road bollard is greater. These are dividing bars.
There are also signal bollards - these are white bollards that are installed along the edges of the roadway. This group includes both volumetric C1 and flexible signal bollards C3, both are produced according to clear standards and serve as landmarks on roads of different levels of congestion.
- FAAC bollards: an interesting imposing design, what kind of device is it?
- Bollards - a high-tech modern way to control access to the territory. Bollards are a guarantee that it is impossible to enter a closed area, they have anti-ram resistance.
- What is the range of application of posts in the polymer casing SP09?
- Sidewalk anti-parking bollards in a polymer casing can be equipped with a lamp-ball and perform not only the role of a sidewalk anti-parking fence, but also create lighting and comfort in parks.
- Rubber products for landscaping parking: how durable are they?
- Corners, wheel breakers or, as they are also called, RKS deliniators, rubber lining on the walls - all this is made in Ukraine from high-quality raw materials and is guaranteed for a long time + a nice bonus, by purchasing these products you support the national manufacturer.
- Curb rides: overkill or must have?
- Deliniators, road bollards, signal and polymer bollards, as well as curb entry - these are all mandatory attributes of urban space improvement for the convenience of traffic participants and safety.
